When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect:

This information is used solely to respond to your support request. We do not use it for marketing purposes.
Site Analytics
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically collects certain visitor information including:

Purchases and Mailing List
Purchases of EasyCrosstabs and mailing list sign-ups are handled by Gumroad. Any personal data collected during checkout or newsletter sign-up is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy at gumroad.com/privacy. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
The Software Itself
EasyCrosstabs software operates entirely in your local browser. We do not have access to any data you analyze using the software. License validation communicates only the information necessary to verify your license key with Gumroad's servers.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• Contact form submissions: to respond to your support request
• Site analytics: to understand aggregate visitor behavior and improve the site
• Purchase data: to fulfill your order and provide customer support
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. DATA RETENTION
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to resolve your support request, typically no longer than 12 months. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Squarespace's standard data retention policies. Purchase and mailing list data is retained by Gumroad per their policies.
4. COOKIES
Squarespace uses cookies to operate the website and collect analytics data. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks.
